Weav, an API-first Fintech infrastructure company, has set out to provide a universal API for commerce platforms and thereby simplify the process of extracting valuable e-commerce business data. ProgrammableWeb spoke with Nadav Lidor, one of the company’s co-founders, to discuss Weav’s mission and the success that it has seen in a recent partnership with Brex.
Lidor, along with fellow co-founders Ambika Acharya and Avikam Agur, participated in Y Combinator W20 and have since raised $4.3M in seed investment for their project. Alongside this funding announcement, the company also highlighted a new partnership with Brex that has leveraged Weav’s API to build financial solutions that target the demands of modern e-commerce merchants.
