FOLLOWING MICROSOFT’S leaky introduction of the rebuilt Edge browser, now powered by Google’s Chromium engine, the company has made more inroads to making it all seem a bit normal.
Members of the Windows Insider Programm (the beta scheme that was built to ensure what happened with the last update of Windows, doesn’t, except it did), has spotted the refreshed browser hidden in plain sight in the latest build.
Version 18865 contains Edge-as-a-Chrome hidden away inside the Windows Sandbox.
