THE RELEASE of Google Chrome 50 has brought with it the end of the line for older versions of Windows and Mac.
The new edition doesn’t support Windows XP, which has been end-of-life for longer than we care to remember despite having an 11 per cent market share, Windows Vista, which is hovering at around two per cent, and versions of Mac OS X prior to version 10.9 (Mavericks).
