MICROSOFT HAS RELEASED a new SDK that will enable developers to bring Xbox Live functionality to Android and iOS apps.
While some iOS and Android games already have Xbox Live Achievements, this feature is only enabled in titles from Microsoft Studios. The new SDK, announced ahead of next week’s Games Developers Conference, will bring full Xbox Live experience to games on Apple and Google’s mobile platforms, including Achievements, Gamerscore, friends lists, clubs, privacy settings, and parental controls.
