Open the box for just about any smartphone on the market, and you’ll generally find a charger, a charging cable, some reading material, and maybe a set of earbuds. Acer’s Jade Primo, on the other hand, comes with a keyboard and mouse.
A full-sized keyboard and mouse, just like the ones you’d receive in the box with one of Acer’s Revo or Aspire desktop computers. Why would they bother including PC accessories with a smartphone? Because the Jade Primo runs Windows 10, and it’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor that can handle that slick Continuum feature we’ve told you about before.
Continuum lets Windows 10 phones do double duty as desktop PCs. Hook your phone up to a keyboard, mouse, and monitor, and you can launch any universal apps you have installed on the big screen. While not required, a dock simplifies the process — and Acer will be including theirs (which you can see in the photo above) with the Jade Primo, too.
